Symposium venue and location
The
symposium will take place in the
Spa
Hotel Rantasipi Laajavuori, 4 km
north-west from the center of
Jyväskylä.
Jyväskylä Region can be reached
conveniently by car or by public
transportation. Jyväskylä is located
in Central Finland, forming a
crossroads for Finland’s main
highways. There are several daily
flights from Helsinki to Jyväskylä
airport, which is located in
Tikkakoski, approximately 20 km from
Jyväskylä. Airport shuttle bus
operates between the airport and the
city center. Trains and buses bring
passengers right to the town center
(to the Travel Centre). From the
city center buses no. 25 and 25K
take You directly to the hotel.

being the location of the conference
itself, is the official hotel of the
Symposium. The participants are
kindly asked to reserve their own
accommodation. There is a number of
rooms reserved for participants
until April 30th 2011, so please
mention "Synthetic Chemistry Meeting”
or “NMR Symposium" while booking to
assure your accommodation.
